  1. Shown are representatives methods by which drug/gene/RNA can be used in stem cell delivery system for the treatment of glioblastoma. Direct method indicates that the stem cells release the drug, which interacts with the cancer cells for cytotoxic effects. Indirect effects are indicated when an enzyme is delivered in the stem cells for the local conversion of a prodrug to its active form.
